We serve patients with chronic pain, many of whom also struggle with low mood, anxiety, and reduced physical and social activity. Our treatment interventions aim to increase patients' pain management abilities and thereby improve their quality of life and daily functioning, despite the presence of pain. As a new team member, you will receive thorough onboarding together with experienced colleagues.

Job Responsibilities
We are looking for someone who enjoys alternating between individual interventions, group interventions, and close collaboration with other professions. You are independent and take initiative, you work well with others and adapt easily.
We offer stimulating work that is largely performed in interprofessional teams consisting of occupational therapists, physical therapists, social workers, physicians, psychologists, and nurses. The operation is based on a cognitive behavioral therapeutic approach and treatment is largely conducted in group format. We are an organization that continuously works on developing and improving our methods, where employee participation is seen as an important part.
Qualifications
You are trained as a psychologist with a focus on CBT. Beneficial are interest in and/or experience with pain assessment and pain rehabilitation, mindfulness, and/or ACT. You should be comfortable working in teams and conducting group treatment in addition to individual patient contacts. The work requires both teamwork ability and independence. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.

The Neuro and Rehabilitation Medicine business area has broad operations consisting of outpatient clinics in neurology, neurosurgery, neurophysiology, and rehabilitation medicine, as well as two inpatient wards.
