About the Position Alm Psychiatry is seeking additional psychology assistants. The position involves initial consultations, basic case histories, care planning appointments, and components of psychological assessments. We work with an efficient and highly structured care process that creates room for individualized care. About Alm Psychiatry Alm Psychiatry operates in adult psychiatric outpatient care with broad expertise and a range of psychotherapy approaches. The company was established in 2018 and has operated an adult psychiatric outpatient clinic in Halmstad on behalf of Region Halland since 2022. Our physical clinic is located in central Halmstad, and we provide naturally integrated physical and digital care. As a private care provider, our work is characterized by freedom and flexibility both internally and in patient interactions. The majority of our clinical work consists of assessment and treatment of neuropsychiatric diagnoses, depression, and bipolar disorder. Patients with substance abuse issues are not part of the clinic's mandate. Care processes at Alm Psychiatry are clearly structured and based on national guidelines for each diagnosis. Our clinical work follows guidelines that prioritize patient safety while creating space for individualized care. We actively and continuously work to recruit staff and develop our methods to prevent staffing shortages and associated risks. Our team includes physicians, psychologists, nurses, occupational therapists, support coordinators, physiotherapists, and administrative staff. We systematically work to create a sustainable and pleasant work environment for all employees. Our organization is characterized by minimal administration, few meetings, clear procedures, and predictability where employees plan their work under their own responsibility.
