DUTIES We are now looking forward to welcoming a driven and engaged psychologist with CBT expertise who wants to join us in working toward our goals! Your work will be characterized by a holistic view of the individual, drawing on your broad knowledge base to provide the best care for our patients, addressing both mental health issues and behavior-related problems. In your work, you strive to work with high accessibility and stepped care to enable appropriate intervention at an early stage. Your willingness to work consultatively and broadly is therefore important to us. Your daily duties include counseling, assessment, and treatment. You will meet patients individually, in groups, and digitally through internet-based CBT. Furthermore, we would appreciate your willingness to drive development work within your professional scope. Your duties also include collaboration with other healthcare providers and functioning as a consultant/advisor to other professions. QUALIFICATIONS You are a licensed psychologist with documented CBT competence at least equivalent to Level I and authorization to practice in Swedish healthcare. Swedish language skills at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale are required. Additionally, it would be considered an advantage if you have previous experience working in primary care and experience with the PMO medical record system. We would appreciate you being a communicative person with good collaboration skills with patients, their relatives, and colleagues. Furthermore, we consider it self-evident that you treat patients and colleagues in the best manner.
