Your Role As a psychologist with us, you will work independently and in close collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other professionals. You will have a central role in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with varying and often complex psychiatric issues. We work evidence-based according to national and regional guidelines, where CBT is the clinic's primary treatment approach. Systematic follow-up using rating instruments is a natural part of treatment work. Your Responsibilities · Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations · Provide individual CBT treatment · Plan and lead group treatments · Follow up treatments using rating instruments and treatment outcomes · Participate in multidisciplinary treatment conferences · Contribute to the development of the clinic's work methods and quality initiatives · Provide consultation and psychological expertise to other professionals The work involves varying days where you meet patients with complex psychiatric issues and have the opportunity to use all your psychological expertise.
