Additionally, external supervision in small groups is offered, providing excellent opportunities for professional development and advancement. Your Responsibilities As a psychologist at BUP, you are a key person in our work. Your role is both patient-focused and consultative, which means you meet children, young people, and their families through psychological assessments, neuropsychiatric evaluations, and treatments. You work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues from different professions. The role is flexible and you can influence whether you want to emphasize assessment or treatment. In the consultative role, you contribute the psychological perspective and your specific expertise, both in individual patient matters and in overall method development. A major and important part of our work is collaboration. We work closely with families, schools, social services, and other key actors to create the best conditions for the children and young people we meet. Here you are part of a multiprofessional team where everyone contributes their unique expertise, always with the patient in focus.
