The Role As a psychologist with us, you work clinically with children and young people within our digital child and adolescent psychiatric service. Work is entirely digital and includes psychological assessment and treatment as well as collaboration with guardians and other professionals on the team. You plan and structure your own work to a large degree and need to feel confident creating good therapeutic relationships even in digital meetings. An important part of the role is also being an active part of the team. We discuss patient cases, share experiences, and help each other when needed. You take responsibility for your work, are organized, and adapt easily to a digital work approach. Since we work remotely, we place great importance on your ability to create presence and trust in digital meetings.
