Who are you?
We are looking for someone who:
Is a licensed psychologist.
Has at least three years of experience working in occupational health.
Has experience with independent psychological work and is confident in your professional role.
Has strong competence in work-related mental health, assessment, treatment, and counseling.
Has experience collaborating with employers and managers and contributing with consultative services.
Is accustomed to documenting and working in a structured manner with high quality.
Speaks Swedish fluently in both speech and writing.
It is an advantage if you have experience in:
Crisis support and work-focused rehabilitation.
Supervision, educational activities, or management support.
Team work in occupational health together with, for example, occupational physicians, occupational nurses, and ergonomists.
