The Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Clinic in Norrköping is part of the Psychiatry Center in Region Östergötland. The clinic's operations are primarily conducted at a unified outpatient clinic focused on interventions for children and young people with moderate to severe psychiatric symptoms and neuropsychiatric functional variations. The clinic currently consists of six treatment and assessment teams. The clinic also includes a child house and an infant unit. The clinic has approximately 90 employees, with psychologists being the largest professional category. Job Description As a psychologist at the clinic, you will work with assessment, evaluation, and treatment of psychiatric conditions requiring specialist psychiatric care. You will work with families, meet children, young people, and parents, and collaborate with, for example, schools and social services. You will be placed in a treatment and assessment team where you collaborate with several different professional categories. Within the clinic, there are good opportunities for deepened knowledge through mentorship, teamwork, and internal training. There are good opportunities for your own further development as well as to participate in the development of the clinic's operations. About You We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist. We appreciate if you have experience working with children, young people, and families in treatment-related activities. Experience from psychiatry, particularly child and adolescent psychiatry, is a merit. We appreciate if you have a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) specialization. We are looking for you who have the ability to work independently and at the same time have very good collaboration skills. It is of utmost importance that you find it easy to collaborate with different professional groups and have a very good ability to meet children, young people, and parents in different life situations. You need to be able to plan, organize, and prioritize in your work. The work places great demands on personal maturity and flexibility. We place great importance on personal suitability.
