The focus is on preventive and early interventions, based on common reasons for visits to a healthcare center. You work based on the needs of the registered population using digital consultations, online and group treatment, as well as physical individual visits. We work according to primary care-focused methods, where work includes high accessibility, stepped/stratified care, and collaboration with other professionals and healthcare partners. It is important that you are interested in working with a primary care focus, which means prioritizing high accessibility for all residents with mental health and behavioral issues. Interventions range from psychoeducation and self-care advice to guided treatment using literature or online treatment, to group treatment or individual therapeutic interventions. To meet the needs of the entire patient population, you need the ability to vary methods and scope of therapeutic interventions. You and your colleagues are responsible together with the manager for developing the healthcare center in ongoing improvement work. Supervision of psychology candidates or trainee psychologists (PTP-psykolog) may be relevant. About You You are a licensed psychologist with CBT Level 1 competence; other specializations are of course also relevant. It is advantageous if you have experience from the following: - Work as a psychologist at regional primary care level - Stepped/stratified care - Internet-based psychological treatment - Group treatment We are looking for someone who is responsive and accommodating, with good communication skills and the ability to identify individuals' unique needs. Through initiative and active engagement, you want to participate in the development of the operation and contribute as a consultative resource in the daily interprofessional collaboration at the healthcare center.
