In addition to the clinic in Hagfors, there is psychiatric outpatient care in Torsby, Arvika, Kristinehamn, Säffle, and Karlstad. We work multidisciplinarily, and our team consists of nurses, social workers, psychologists, physicians, care administrators, and occupational therapists. The work is characterized by a strong patient focus, collaboration with relatives, and cooperation with various partners such as municipalities, the social insurance agency, and inpatient care. Your Work Tasks We now need new staff due to reduced positions, retirements, and the launch of mobile services in the form of a Psychiatric Care Team, SPOT-team. Good conditions exist for introducing experienced and knowledgeable employees. You will also participate in regular group supervision. Your tasks as a nurse consist of varied general psychiatric outpatient work such as assessment, medication administration and monitoring, telephone advice, sampling, follow-up after inpatient care, unplanned contacts due to deteriorating condition, and counseling and support contacts. You will monitor the patient's condition as we strive for coordinated care and treatment with continuity in our contacts. As a nurse, you work at a clinic characterized by teamwork, good communication, and high competence. Your Knowledge and Competencies We are looking for you—a licensed nurse with an interest in psychiatry and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. You have previous experience working in psychiatric services and are either a specialist-trained or basic-trained nurse.
