The Specialist Psychiatric Care Team (SPOT) in Sollefteå/Kramfors has 17 employees and is part of the Regional Care Unit for Psychiatry-Habilitation. SPOT is in an exciting development phase and strives to develop our work methods to improve care quality for our citizens. We are looking for someone who enjoys varying and developmental tasks and has a genuine interest in working with psychiatric patients. We are now seeking a psychiatric nurse who wants to become part of our wonderful team in Sollefteå! The position is a permanent full-time employment, with start date by agreement. Responsibilities As a nurse, you will meet patients in need of acute and intensive support. You work independently and are responsible for providing good quality treatment and psychiatric care. We offer support in the form of home visits, clinic visits, and more. In your work, you participate in rounds and various meetings with care colleagues. Collaboration occurs internally within your own team, with LARO in Sundsvall and the outpatient clinics in Sollefteå and Kramfors. Externally, collaboration takes place especially with social services, but also with other authorities such as the employment service, social insurance agency, and others. As a nurse at the clinic, you will perform: - Routine tasks such as medication management, specimen collection - Support and motivational conversations - Medication adjustments - Controls, assessments, ratings - Responsibility for patients and follow-up for patients during medication initiation and own care documentation Qualifications We are looking for someone who: - Is a licensed psychiatric nurse - Has some form of advanced training in conversation-based treatment such as MI, CBT, DBT, or similar - Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing - Has a valid driver's license (Category B) It is meritorious if you: - Have further education in psychiatry - Have previous experience working in specialist psychiatry - Have experience working with people with mental health issues, substance abuse, and comorbidity To succeed in this role, we believe you have these personal qualities: - It is important that you work well with others by listening and communicating constructively, and have a good approach.
