WE ARE RECRUITING a qualified PSYCHOLOGIST for the "Ropaži" branch (for an indefinite period, 1.0 full-time position) (profession code: 263401) Position purpose: to provide psychological services to clients at the "Ropaži" branch We offer: social guarantees in accordance with state administration regulations; salary (gross) EUR 1083–EUR 1445 according to professional experience and competencies; salary during probation up to EUR 1089; work experience in state administration; standard reduced working hours of 35 hours per week; 25% monthly bonus for work related to special hazards; good working conditions; friendly, responsive, and professional colleagues; health insurance policy after 3 months of work. Main job responsibilities: conduct psychological assessment, testing, surveying, interviewing, and counseling of clients to determine their intellect, abilities, and inclinations; analyze the impact of heredity, social, and other factors on clients' thinking and behavior; develop and participate in the implementation of psychological adaptation, development promotion, and rehabilitation programs; resolve conflicts arising from social circumstances between clients, institutional staff, family, and other institutions; take measures to prevent client crisis situations and stabilize psycho-emotional state; comply with work documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements and procedures established by the Center. Requirements for candidates: higher education and psychologist qualification or master's degree in psychology; registered in the Psychologists Register; preferred work experience in psychology specialty; good knowledge of Latvian language - advanced level C1; sense of responsibility, independence, and quick reaction in crisis situations; valid electronic signature. Work location: VSAC "Zemgale" branch "Ropaži", "Juglaskrasti", Ropaži, Ropažu parish, Ropažu municipality. Attention!
