WE ARE HIRING a qualified PSYCHOLOGIST at the "Ropaži" branch (for an indefinite period, 0.5 full-time equivalent) (profession code: 263401) Position objective: to provide psychological services to clients at the "Ropaži" branch We offer: social guarantees in accordance with state administration regulations; salary (gross) EUR 541.50 – EUR 722.50 in accordance with professional experience and competencies for half-time work; salary during probation period up to EUR 544.50; work experience in state administration; standard reduced working hours of 17.5 hours per week; 25% monthly allowance for work related to special risk; good working conditions; friendly, responsive, and professional colleagues; health insurance policy after 3 months of employment. Key job responsibilities: conduct psychological assessments, testing, surveys, interviews, consultations of clients to determine their intellect, abilities, and inclinations; analyze the impact of heredity, social, and other factors on client thinking and behavior; develop and participate in the implementation of psychological adaptation, development promotion, and rehabilitation programs; resolve conflicts arising from social circumstances between clients, institution staff, family, and other institutions; take measures to prevent client crisis situations and stabilize psycho-emotional state; prepare work documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements and procedures established in the Center. Requirements for applicants: higher education and psychologist qualification or master's degree in psychology, registered in the Psychologists Register; preferred work experience in the psychology specialty; good knowledge of Latvian language - advanced level, level 1 (C1); sense of responsibility, independence, and quick reaction in crisis situations; valid electronic signature. Work location: VSAC "Zemgale" branch "Ropaži", "Juglaskrasti", Ropaži, Ropažu Parish, Ropažu Municipality. Attention!
