PSYCHOLOGIST
(employment for an indefinite period)
Main responsibilities:
Provision of psychological services to support the Guardian Court's operations.
Address clients' psychological issues using various methods, such as psychodiagnostics, individual consultations, observation, etc.
Provide support and consultations to persons related to clients (children, parents).
Prepare psychological assessment reports at the request of the Guardian Court.
Participate in the questioning of minors (victims, witnesses, or suspects), representing the client/child's interests.
Participate in Guardian Court sessions and court proceedings.
Comply with legislation in the Republic of Latvia, perform work while observing professional ethics and confidentiality requirements.
Adhere to the Guardian Court's basic work principles, maintain a neutral position as a professional institution providing its assessments.
Perform contact person duties following a court decision or judgment to restore a child's contact with one of the parents or grandparents.
Conduct psychological examinations of individuals at the Guardian Court's request.
Process and analyze the results of psychological examinations.
Position requirements and necessary knowledge:
Higher education in psychology with a qualification as a clinical psychologist.
Three years of professional experience working as a psychologist.
Experience in recognizing possible emotional and physical abuse directed at clients.
Experience in preparing assessments.
Excellent computer skills and familiarity with other office equipment (MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to use specially developed assessment methodologies, such as tests, questionnaires, surveys.
Understanding and knowledge of performing job duties in compliance with regulatory requirements.
State language proficiency at an advanced level.
Impeccable reputation.
Ability to work under high-intensity conditions and high stress tolerance.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to plan work time and set priorities.

Monthly salary from 1797.00 to 1923.00 EUR before tax deduction (depending on professional experience);
