a qualified PSYCHOLOGIST at the "Ropaži" branch (for an indefinite period, 0.5 position)

Position Purpose: to provide psychology services to clients at the "Ropaži" branch
We offer:
social benefits in accordance with state administration regulations;
salary (gross) EUR 541.50–EUR 722.50 according to professional experience and competencies for a half-time position; remuneration during probation up to EUR 544.50;
work experience in state administration; standard reduced working hours of 17.5 hours per week;
25% monthly supplement for work related to special risk;

health insurance policy after 3 months of work.
Key Responsibilities:
conduct psychological assessment, testing, questionnaires, interviews, and counseling to determine clients' intellectual abilities, aptitudes, and inclinations;
analyze the impact of heredity, social, and other factors on clients' thinking and behavior;
develop and participate in the implementation of psychological adaptation, development promotion, and rehabilitation programs;
resolve conflicts arising from social circumstances between clients, institutional staff, family members, and other institutions;
take measures to prevent client crisis situations and stabilize psychoemotional state;
maintain work documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements and procedures established at the Center.
Requirements for Candidates:
higher education and a psychologist qualification or a master's degree in psychology, registered in the Psychologists Register;
preferred work experience in the psychology specialty;
good knowledge of Latvian language - advanced level C1;
sense of responsibility, independence, and quick reaction in crisis situations;
valid electronic signature.
Work Location: VSAC "Zemgale" "Ropaži" branch, "Juglaskrasti", Ropaži, Ropažu Parish, Ropažu Municipality.
