Your Responsibilities As a tester in Cabinets, you will work in production with testing, verification and troubleshooting of electronics, with a focus on power boards and complete units. You will be an important part of ensuring that products meet high quality standards before delivery. You will work closely with assembly, quality and engineering functions and will have a varied role that combines hands-on work with analysis and problem-solving. You will be part of the Cabinets production unit in Mölnlycke, a team of approximately 17 employees responsible for assembly and testing of units for several of Saab's advanced radar systems. The operation includes new production, service and warranty commitments. Your main responsibilities will be to - perform testing of our products, both at board level and unit level - troubleshoot and repair products - basic assembly and minor soldering - actively read and understand drawings and documents in Swedish and English - document management and deviation handling within existing processes - contribute to continuous improvements in quality, delivery and economics - participate in training and mentoring activities - clearly communicate the status of work on the units you are responsible for Your Profile We are looking for someone with experience in testing or with strong interest and willingness to learn. You should have good instrument knowledge. Parts of the work are done in test rigs, but manual measurements and connections are also common. The instruments used range from multimeters to network analyzers. Your personal qualities are important as we place great emphasis on collaboration and your ability to be responsive within the organization. You need to be flexible to handle constant changes in workflow and have good communication skills. We have high demands on technical interest, persistence and accuracy. Merits for the role: · Experience working with electronics, testing or production · Understanding of electrical schematics and technical documentation · Experience with troubleshooting · Knowledge of measurement techniques and use of measuring instruments · Experience working according to IPC standards This position requires that you undergo and receive approval according to current security clearance requirements.
