Would you like to work in a varied role where logistics, project management, and customer contact are in focus? As a Project Freight Coordinator, you are responsible for transportation and delivery-related matters in customized projects from order to delivery. You coordinate contact with customers, suppliers, and transport partners, and are responsible for procurement, cost tracking, and ensuring efficient logistics solutions. About the Assignment As a Project Freight Coordinator, you are dedicated to specific customer projects in our new production where you work as a sub-project manager from order start to customer delivery. You are responsible for transportation-related matters where each project is unique and has special conditions regarding delivery terms, destination, customs handling, and overall logistics concept. External contacts with suppliers, transport agents, customer representatives, etc. occur very frequently and are a natural part of the work, as well as internal contacts across a large number of interfaces. The role also includes financial responsibility for all costs related to delivery. During the course of the projects, you therefore conduct procurement, purchasing, and monitoring of costs generated by delivery to the customer. Responsibilities * Your sub-project management within the freight forwarding area * Your transportation strategy in each project contributes to on-time delivery while meeting customer expectations. * Your transport procurement, contract writing, and budget tracking contribute to good financial control in the projects. * Your contacts with customers, suppliers, and internal interfaces contribute to understanding how the delivery will be carried out. * Your planning and execution of correct transportation documents contribute to compliance with regulations and standards while meeting customer documentation requirements. * Your ability to resolve delivery issues during the course of the project contributes to customer satisfaction while limiting financial impact. Required Competencies * You have relevant higher education and/or several years of qualified experience in logistics, import/export. * Experience with international transportation and customs matters, as well as contract writing, is highly desirable. * Experience with project management of other resources is highly desirable. * You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Additional language skills such as Spanish, German, or Russian are an advantage. * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP is also a plus. Who Are You?
