Project Coordinator in Schedule, Cost & Risk

On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a Project Coordinator within infrastructure and railway. The assignment is full-time and is expected to start 2026-08-28 and run through 2028-10-31. About the Assignment In the role of project coordinator for schedule, cost, and risk, you will have a central and coordinating role in large infrastructure and railway projects. You will lead and coordinate work within schedule, cost, risk, and budgeting, and be responsible for monitoring schedules, budgets, risks, and forecasts. You will work closely with project management and contribute to production planning, business strategies, and procurement. The role also includes support in contract and contracting matters as well as responsibility for compiling, analyzing, and reporting results and decision-making materials. Start: 2026-08-28 End: 2028-10-31 (with possibility of extension) Scope: Full-time, 40 hours per week Location: Kungsholmen, Stockholm with possibility of hybrid work Employment Type: Employed by Devotum as the client does not accept subcontractors in this process. About You We are looking for someone who meets the following mandatory requirements: Experience from large and complex projects, preferably within infrastructure, railway, or civil engineering Experience leading and coordinating specialist expertise within projects Good experience with schedule planning, cost control/budgeting, and risk management Knowledge of contracting, contract matters, and project monitoring Independent and structured with good communication and coordination skills It is advantageous if you also meet the following requirements: Experience from client organizations and contract procurement Experience with uncertainty analyses according to successive principles Application Does the assignment sound interesting?
