Project Planner at leading technology development company in Karlskrona Do you want to be part of some of Sweden's most advanced technology and development projects? Jefferson Wells is now seeking a Project Planner for an exciting assignment in Karlskrona. Here you will have a central role in a high-tech operation where long-term planning, project management, and collaboration are crucial for success. The assignment begins as a consulting role via Jefferson Wells with good opportunities for a future employment directly with the client. About the role As a Project Planner, you are a central part of the project organization and are responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on the projects' time and resource plans. You ensure that the different parts of the project are integrated into a coherent whole and contribute with analyses and decision-making materials that support project management and management group. In the role, you work closely with project managers, managers, and specialists from several different business areas. You become the natural contact for planning matters and play an important role in creating the conditions for the projects' success. Your responsibilities Develop, create, and maintain the projects' time and resource plans Coordinate and integrate planning from several different subprojects and functions Follow up on project progress and identify risks, deviations, and dependencies Analyze project data and prepare decision-making materials for project management and management group Visualize and present project status in a clear and pedagogical way Drive improvements in working methods, processes, and methodologies within project planning Contribute to efficient resource management and long-term project planning We are looking for someone who has: 3-7 years of experience in project planning, project coordination, project management, or similar activities Deep expertise in the planning field and good understanding of project management and resource planning Ability to independently drive, coordinate, and follow up on planning activities Experience analyzing complex projects and converting information into relevant decision-making materials Good ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and to function as a support and role model for less experienced colleagues Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written It is meritorious if you have experience from industry, technology, defense, or manufacturing activities.
