We are now seeking a Project Planner, a key role in a project who significantly influences how well the work of preparing, securing resources, managing, and monitoring the project's progress will succeed. As a project planner, you are responsible for actively driving the development of the project's time and resource plans, integrating the various parts of the plans into a cohesive whole, and visualizing and presenting the plans in a clear manner. A main task will be to analyze the plans to provide the project manager and management group with relevant information and strategic decision-making support. You are the project's main contact regarding planning matters, and the role requires very active, close, and collaborative teamwork with all disciplines within the company. You also actively contribute to developing and improving our planning processes and methodologies. - The position requires that you undergo and receive approval according to applicable security clearance requirements at any given time. For positions requiring security clearance placement, certain citizenship requirements may apply where applicable. Your Profile - Professional knowledge and experience in planning work, coordination, and/or project management is a requirement. - You need to have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Swedish and English. - You are driven, goal-oriented, and responsible. You are thorough with a structured work approach and experienced in analyzing and managing time and resource plans. You interact well and easily facilitate dialogue between different disciplines such as project managers, line managers, work supervisors, and other stakeholders.
