About the position With us, you work with configuring, adapting and further developing flexible systems based on operational needs. This can range from workflows, forms and permissions to rules, templates, integrations and other system logic. You don't need to be a traditional programmer. What matters is that you are technically curious, structured and good at understanding both business operations and systems. In the role, you will, among other things: analyze operational needs and translate them into system solutions configure and adapt systems to different departments' workflows and configure forms, rules, templates and other functions test and quality assure configurations and functions troubleshoot and find solutions when something doesn't work as intended collaborate with operations, product owners and technical teams document configurations and solutions participate in developing how our systems should be configured and used The role suits you if you enjoy the combination of problem-solving, business understanding and technology and want to create a user-friendly system for the future of healthcare. We are looking for you who have several years of experience configuring or administering a flexible business system (electronic health record system, care system, CRM, ERP, case management system, low-code platforms or other configurable business systems) and have experience understanding complex systems and seeing how different parts connect.
