About the Position As an engineer, you will have a central role in the business where you are responsible for developing technically advanced and long-term sustainable energy solutions. You work with the design of systems for industry, residential cooperatives, agriculture, and commercial properties with a focus on creating robust and future-proof energy systems. The role involves close collaboration with project management, the sales organization, and the installation team, where you serve as the link between idea, design, and finished solution. You will become part of an engaged engineering team and be responsible for ensuring that each system is optimized from technical, economic, and environmental perspectives. Responsibilities In your role as an engineer, you will, among other things: • Design energy systems within solar energy, energy storage, charging infrastructure, and energy sharing • Develop technical documentation, drawings, and project documentation • Perform technical calculations and dimensioning of systems • Ensure that projects comply with applicable regulations, standards, and quality requirements • Collaborate with project managers, sales staff, and installation teams throughout the project process • Participate in technical customer discussions and provide technical advice • Work on developing and optimizing future-proof energy solutions About You We are looking for someone with a background in the electrical industry who wants to develop further within engineering and energy systems. You have a strong technical interest and enjoy combining practical experience with technical problem-solving. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: • Technical education in electrical engineering, power systems, or equivalent • At least 5 years of work experience from the electrical industry • Good understanding of technical calculations, drawings, and applicable regulations Personal Qualities As a person, you are curious, solution-oriented, and quality-conscious. You enjoy working with complex technical questions and have the ability to see both the details and the big picture in a project. You enjoy collaboration, are communicative, and have an ability to build trust with both colleagues and customers.
