We are now seeking a project staff member for the Boden Sustainability Centre project with a focus on skills supply in the green societal transformation. 1 position(s). WORK TASKS As a project staff member with us, you work with initiatives related to societal transformation in Boden Municipality with a focus on skills supply and relocation. The role combines strategic work with operational implementation in everyday work and close collaboration with the project group for Boden Sustainability Centre. You are part of the Relocation and Skills Supply Unit and work closely with colleagues, administrations, business, and external actors. Your work involves planning, coordinating, and implementing activities related to, among other things, relocation and skills supply as well as project monitoring. You prepare materials, messages, and simple analyses to support targeted initiatives. The work is varied and requires you to work independently while closely collaborating with other municipal functions and external actors. This position is a limited-term project employment until 2029-06-30. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a university or college degree and/or several years of experience that the employer considers appropriate for the role of project staff member in the relocation and skills supply unit. The position requires basic knowledge of Swedish and English. A driver's license (category B) is required. It is meriting if you have; · Experience working in a politically governed organization · Experience with project work, skills supply, and building new collaboration structures · Experience collaborating with business, educational actors, or other societal actors · Experience working in digital channels and platforms Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is self-driven with the ability to drive work forward and who can quickly adapt to new conditions. You thrive in a role where you can combine planning and implementation, and where you work closely with others to create results. As a person, you are solution-oriented, collaboration-focused, and have a knack for building relationships. You can prioritize in a varied assignment and keep calm even when the pace is high.
