We are seeking a project coordinator for a time-limited assignment within Detailed Planning with a focus on climate calculations in the detailed planning process. In this role, you will work with climate calculations, analysis, and documentation related to the climate impact of detailed plans. Together with colleagues in the urban development area, you will contribute materials that can support the ongoing work with climate calculations. As a project coordinator in Detailed Planning, you will become part of an engaged team with broad expertise in physical planning and urban development. The department is responsible for detailed planning and coordinates urban development issues in close cooperation with many different stakeholders. Together, we work to create long-term sustainable living environments and develop Helsingborg for today's and tomorrow's residents. Work Tasks As a project coordinator, you will contribute to the development of the municipality's work with climate calculations in the detailed planning process. Your role includes: performing climate calculations for various types of detailed plans using a climate calculation tool collecting, processing, and analyzing data on the climate impact of detailed plans evaluating and interpreting the results from the climate calculations documenting working methods, procedures, and results as a basis for the continued development of climate calculations in the detailed planning process What We Offer With us, you will have a meaningful assignment where you support our operations and contribute to shaping the future of Helsingborg. Qualifications We are seeking someone who has: relevant higher education or university degree in urban planning, physical planning, environmental science, climate, sustainable development, or other education that the employer deems equivalent good analytical skills and can interpret, process, and compile information from various types of investigations, calculations, and materials To thrive in this role, you need the ability to organize and prioritize your work efficiently. You take responsibility for your tasks, move them forward, and ensure that work is completed with good quality. At the same time, you collaborate easily and share knowledge with others. Since an important part of the assignment is to document and compile results, you also need to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish.
