Change the Game, operated by the Foundation for Movement Richness, is a knowledge center that contributes to sustainable societal development by creating, developing, and disseminating knowledge about what increases people's opportunities for positive movement experiences. At our organization, we work to ensure that everyone, regardless of interest, experience, or background, has access to meaningful and enjoyable movement experiences. Interest in our work is growing, and we are now seeking a project coordinator who wants to help develop our projects and gradually grow into a training and coaching role. Your New Role As a project coordinator and educator, you will be an important part of our team and work on several development projects primarily financed through public funding and implemented together with partner organizations in Sweden and internationally. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing project activities together with project managers and partner organizations. You will build relationships, monitor project progress, and contribute to documentation and reporting to funders. An important part of the position is progressively developing as an educator. Initially, you will assist in our training programs and workshops, and gradually take the lead in training, coaching, and development processes for stakeholders in schools, preschools, healthcare, civil society organizations, leisure activities, and urban planning. In this role, you will also contribute to the development of educational materials and other tools. As part of our operations, you will also participate in our recurring activities, including our annual event, and collaborate with national and international partners. Your Profile We believe that to thrive in this role, you have a strong passion and curiosity for questions related to people's equal right to participation, learning, and well-being. You are open, confident, and have a co-creative approach when meeting with different people and organizations. Furthermore, you are flexible, solution-oriented, and self-driven, while also being a good team player. We believe you have: a relevant university degree, for example in social work, public health, political science, behavioral science, or equivalent field experience with project work and collaboration between different stakeholders, preferably within public or non-profit activities experience leading training programs, workshops, or other group processes knowledge of, or experience with, work that strengthens people's capacity to be physically active from a holistic perspective on people in motion (physical literacy), preferably within artistic or cultural activities very good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing It is a merit if you have worked on projects financed by, for example, the Heritage Fund, Erasmus+, or other government or European programs. Experience in health promotion work, international collaboration, change management, or evaluation is also a merit.
