Are you an experienced project manager/assignment manager who wants to work in a strategic function in our CIO office that is currently being established? Then this could be a role for you. About the position As a project manager/assignment manager, you will lead investigations, feasibility studies, and assignments that contribute to the agency's continued development. The work involves analyzing business needs, investigating technical and organizational conditions, and developing decision-making materials for strategic choices. You will coordinate stakeholders from different parts of the organization and ensure that assignments are completed in a structured, efficient, and high-quality manner. In the role, you work closely with business operations, IT, architects, security functions, and management. You are responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and reporting on assignments, and you contribute to translating complex issues into concrete recommendations and action plans. About you We are looking for you who are an experienced project/assignment manager with the ability to drive complex assignments from idea to delivery. You are analytical, structured, and create engagement among different stakeholders. You work independently, but also have good collaboration skills and build strong relationships. You thrive in the intersection between technology, business development, and strategy, and can shift between the big picture and details. You communicate clearly and present complex information in a pedagogical way, both verbally and in writing. We are looking for you who have: relevant academic education in, for example, IT, systems science, engineering, informatics, or alternatively relevant work experience that we consider equivalent several years of current work experience leading projects, assignments, and investigations within IT several years of work experience analyzing business needs and translating them into decision-making materials, recommendations, and implementable activities very good ability to express yourself in Swedish in speech and writing. It is meritorious for the position if you have: work experience from work in larger organizations or public sector activities in the field work experience from digitalization within healthcare work experience from CIO functions, IT governance, or portfolio management work experience from agile development and agile working methods.
