We work with everything from service assignments and renovation projects to larger contracts in residential properties, commercial real estate, and public facilities. About the role As a Project Manager HVAC, you are responsible for leading projects from start to completion. Your responsibilities include: Planning, management, and monitoring of projects Financial, budget, and profit responsibility Customer contact and relationship building Procurement and coordination of subcontractors Resource and personnel planning Quality assurance and occupational health and safety work Purchasing and cost management Monitoring of project profitability Coordination between clients, consultants, installers, and other contractors We are looking for someone who Has experience as a project manager in HVAC Has good understanding of construction law and project management Is business-minded and economically driven Has experience with budget, calculation, and profit responsibility Is structured, solution-oriented, and takes responsibility Enjoys leading people and achieving results Holds a Class B driver's license Speaks and writes Swedish fluently What you get with us Competitive salary We offer an attractive salary that reflects your experience, competence, and responsibility.
