Company Presentation For our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy industry, we are now seeking a Project Manager for Digital Transformation for an assignment at their site in Finspång. This is initially a consulting assignment for approximately 12 months via Unik Resurs with very good potential for extension. Tasks and Responsibilities Would you like to lead strategically important development projects in a global technology organization? We are now seeking a Project Manager for Business Development and Digitalization for a comprehensive development initiative in the field of Proactive Obsolescence Management. About the Assignment: You will become part of the GSO MGT Business Excellence department, a team of approximately 40 employees and consultants working with business development, digitalization, process management, Lean, and business system development. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional change project focused on developing processes and IT support related to Proactive Obsolescence Management. You will work closely with the business, steering committees, sponsors, and IT functions, and drive the project from the feasibility study through implementation. Your Tasks: Lead business development projects with a focus on digitalization and process development Drive feasibility studies together with relevant parts of the organization Establish project plans and ensure progress throughout the project lifecycle Be responsible for reporting to sponsor, steering committee, PMO, and management group Develop requirements specifications for IT solution development Work actively with change management and business anchoring Follow up and support implementation together with the project's sponsors Contribute to the development of working methods and the dissemination of best practices within Business Excellence Your Profile We are looking for someone who has: Documented experience in project management in larger, preferably global organizations Experience with business development, process development, and digitalization initiatives Good experience leading workshops, creating alignment, and converting results into concrete activities Experience with change management in complex business environments Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English Experience with IT projects and the development of digital tools Meritorious: Knowledge within Obsolescence Management Experience with business systems such as SAP, Teamcenter, or Salesforce (SFDC) Personal Qualities: To succeed in this role, we see that you are a driving and structured project manager who thrives in creating engagement and collaboration between different functions.
