Do you want to lead projects that make a real difference for both people and society? As a project manager for BAS road contracts with us at Maintenance, you'll have a central role in developing and managing the road network in Östergötland County - for safe and accessible transportation, today and in the future. Here you'll drive projects from planning to implementation together with engaged colleagues and partners. Together we ensure that Sweden runs smoothly.
Work Tasks
In your role as project manager, you plan, implement, and develop maintenance on the road network in the county, through both preventive and long-term maintenance. In times of historically large investments, you'll have the opportunity to work with a project team consisting of project engineers and technical specialists, along with contracted consultants and contractors, to deliver safe and accessible roads that meet society's need for travel and transportation, today and in the future. You're responsible for the overall management, direction, and follow-up of projects. Furthermore, you contribute with motivation and inspiration to your project team to create a good work environment. In this role, you'll have extensive internal and external contacts. You work closely with our contracted partners and have regular meetings with them.
Your manager will be Christian Dahlskog. Through open and honest dialogue, I drive the operations forward. With shared focus and responsibility, we deliver results and build trust both internally and externally. We have fun together and enjoy our work. I hope you want to be part of our journey to develop a modern, efficient, and sustainable transportation system!
