The Water and Sewage (VA) department is divided into two units: Collaboration and Network Management, and Operations and Maintenance. In total, we are 37 people, of which 25 employees work in the operations and maintenance unit that manages and operates the water and sewage facilities. In total, we manage approximately 120 facilities spread throughout the municipality.

WORK DUTIES
As a project manager with us, you will work leading projects to secure the municipality's water and sewage supply. Society's growth, expansion of water and sewage lines, installations and facilities is happening at a rapid pace and we need reinforcement! The projects will be led by you, from feasibility studies and planning through implementation and completion. You are responsible for project management, planning, budget, scheduling, documentation, monitoring of facility construction and quality. You will have access to the department's specialists and business expertise, your main task will be to lead the projects.
We offer you the opportunity to work with a unique and versatile assignment as a project manager. In the collaboration and network management unit, you will work with a team of 11 employees, some of whom are project managers. We are now looking for a new colleague to expand the project group. With us you get the opportunity to take on a varied work role with great responsibility in an exciting industry.
We are looking for someone with experience in managing projects and who works in a structured, clear and efficient manner. As a project manager, you are clear in your communication style. You take responsibility for deliverables, for leadership, are thorough, attentive and want to work together in a team. We believe that as a person you are curious, driven and want to work on developing your technical knowledge.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience as a project manager or according to the employer other relevant education or experience.
Since the work involves a large part of administrative and technical documentation, understanding and communication aspects, it is also important that you can express yourself fluently in Swedish in speech and writing. Requires good IT skills.
Meritorious is experience of/in the construction industry, water and sewage engineer, construction engineer, project management, Basic-P & Basic-U, experience of the ProjectPortal Avima, project management experience with financial responsibility, contract law, construction industry regulations and knowledge of LOU (the public procurement law).
