Vaggeryd Municipality is the project owner and your organizational placement will be at the Employment Unit in Vaggeryd. Vaggeryd and Gnosjö municipalities jointly run the ESF project Together – Coordinated Support for Sustainable Self-Sufficiency. The project aims to develop knowledge-based and effective working methods that strengthen individuals' opportunities to achieve employment, studies and self-sufficiency. Now we are looking for a project manager who wants to take the baton and continue driving the project forward together with committed employees, activities and cooperation partners. About the assignment The project is conducted in close cooperation between economic assistance, employment activities and adult education in both municipalities. The focus is on developing initiatives and sustainable working methods that support people who are far from the labor market and at the same time support the ongoing implementation of the new social services law and activity requirements. As a project manager, you have overall responsibility for planning, coordinating and following up on the project. You lead work towards set goals, are responsible for budget and reporting, and ensure that the project's activities are carried out according to schedule. An important part of the assignment is to build and coordinate a multiprofessional team with expertise such as social workers, occupational therapists, doctors, psychologists and educators. The team should, together with regular activities, create individually adapted initiatives that strengthen participants' path towards self-sufficiency. The project is inspired by the Danish BIP model (Employment Indicator Project), where the focus is on identifying and strengthening the factors that increase an individual's opportunities to get closer to the labor market. You will also: Lead and coordinate the project's activities and development work according to set goals, frameworks and schedules. Organize and run a multidisciplinary team Be responsible for budget, financial follow-up and reporting. Ensure that the project contributes to business development according to the BIP model, adapted to Swedish conditions. Plan and conduct training initiatives, workshops and study visits. Cooperate with, for example, the Swedish Public Employment Service, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, Region Jönköping County, employers and other relevant actors. Follow up on the project's results and report progress to the steering group and ESF. Contribute to ensuring that new working methods can be implemented and continue in regular activities after the project period ends. Who are we looking for? We are looking for you who is a confident and committed leader with the ability to create structure, build relationships and get people to work towards common goals. You thrive in complex contexts where cooperation, development and innovative thinking are at the center. You have: University education in, for example, behavioral science, pedagogy, social work or another relevant field. Experience in project management, process management or management assignments, preferably within municipal activities or government agencies. Good ability to create structure, plan, organize and drive work forward in close dialogue and as part of regular activities. Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Knowledge and experience of labor market issues, social work and/or rehabilitation services. Commitment, flexibility and good cooperation skills. B-class driver's license. Meriting It is extra positive if you have: Experience with ESF-funded projects. Experience leading employees and multiprofessional teams. Experience working with people in need of rehabilitation services who are far from the labor market. Experience establishing and driving cooperation between municipality, region, the Swedish Public Employment Service, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency and other actors.
