Description We are looking for a project associate for Lärcentrum. The position is 50%, as soon as possible and until 2027-08-31, because our project associate is on leave of absence for studies. Vilhelmina Lärcentrum is a unit for adult learning. The unit includes basic adult education, adapted education, Swedish for immigrants, upper secondary adult education, vocational university, higher education services, and commissioned education. Lärcentrum and the Employment Unit with Immigration Service are a joint operation led by an employment and adult education director. Job Responsibilities The position involves being a project associate for "Lapland Adult Education for the Metal Industry and the Green Transition." The project owner is Region Västerbotten and the project funder is Tillväxtverket. As our local project associate, you will complete the project together with the project group. The project develops training programs that meet companies' needs within the metal industry and builds collaboration between adult education and businesses. You will work independently, but you will have extensive contact with the project group, companies, teachers, participants, and others within and outside the municipality. You will be responsible for public procurements in the project in collaboration with the procurement unit in Arvidsjaur. Qualifications You should have a relevant degree, be process-oriented, driven, and responsive. You have a very good ability to transform ideas into practical results.
