About the Role
As Project Manager for the field division at Viasales, you are responsible for leading and coordinating our projects in the field. You will play a key role in ensuring that our field sales team's work is effective and maintains high quality. Your responsibilities include:
Plan, organize, and drive field projects from start to finish.
Lead and motivate field sales staff to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Ensure that teams have the right conditions to succeed, including tools and information.
Manage logistics and travel for field projects.
Follow up on results and report to management, and continuously work on improvements.
We're Looking for You:
You have experience with project management, preferably in sales or similar areas.
You have experience in sales within telecom companies.
You are flexible and comfortable being away from home during the week.
You are a natural leader who can inspire and build teams.
You have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
You are solution-oriented, communicative, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
You have experience leading teams in the field or while traveling.
