Job Responsibilities We are building a professional team of project managers and project engineers in Linköping and Norrköping. Together, we shape our working methods and deliver road infrastructure projects with high quality on budget, on schedule, and with a focus on sustainability. As a project manager, you play a key role in ensuring that projects reach their goals. You drive and coordinate projects from early planning through production and handover to operations. In your work, you lead teams of specialists, build strong collaborations with consultants and contractors, and communicate with authorities, municipalities, and the public. You will also, together with procurement support, participate in developing business strategies and implementing procurements of consultants and contractors. What types of measures can our projects include? New construction and reconstruction of national highways in the region Wildlife passages Pedestrian and cycling paths along the national road network Bridge projects - from design investigations, reclassifications, and reinforcements to new construction Qualifications Who are you? As a project manager, you are accustomed to leading in a structured and methodical manner. You maintain order in processes, schedules, and finances and ensure that the right things happen in the right order. You have a solution-oriented approach and experience managing complex issues where different perspectives and interests need to be weighed against each other. Through your communication skills, you can convey information in a clear and adapted way, whether you're meeting project teams, other authorities, or the public. You are results-oriented and drive work forward with a focus on quality and delivery. With a systematic work approach and good experience from similar roles, you contribute to projects reaching their goals and creating long-term value for the organization and society. We are looking for someone who has a relevant university or college degree of at least 180 credits (120 points) or equivalent competence acquired through experience that we consider equivalent has several years of current experience as a project manager, site manager, assignment manager, or similar in the construction industry, where you have been responsible for planning and monitoring of time, cost, scope, finances, resource use, quality, safety, environment, as well as contract and results management has current practical knowledge of construction law (AB, ABT, ABK) has experience with procurements of consultants and contractors through LOU has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written has a valid B driving license It is meritorious if you have several years of experience from a client or contractor role in maintenance or new construction projects within road or infrastructure projects related to railways have current and practical knowledge of AMA-construction have current experience and/or training in building owner responsibility have several years of experience working with design within infrastructure projects, for example road, bridge, or pedestrian and/or cycling path projects Other Information We want you to attach your CV to your application In this recruitment, web-based tests will be used as part of the selection process and are planned to be sent out shortly after the final application deadline.
