Your main responsibilities
As a project manager, you are responsible for planning, leading, and implementing construction, renovation, and renovation/modernization/technical upgrade (ROT) projects within our property portfolio. You are the Housing Company's representative throughout the entire project process and are responsible for ensuring that projects are completed in accordance with set objectives regarding quality, budget, time, and sustainability.
You work closely with colleagues in the Technical Department and other parts of the organization, and coordinate external project managers, consultants, and contractors.
In this role, you will, among other things:
Lead construction, renovation, ROT, and maintenance projects from idea to finished facility.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality.
Plan, coordinate, and follow up projects together with internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in procurement and contractor follow-ups.
Ensure that projects are carried out in accordance with applicable legislation, regulatory requirements, and occupational health and safety requirements.
Contribute to the development of sustainable, energy-efficient, and long-term real estate solutions.

Your background
We are looking for someone with education in construction, technology, or civil engineering at upper secondary or post-secondary level.
You have several years of experience from the construction or real estate industry, for example as a project manager, site manager, project site supervisor, project engineer, or technical consultant.
We would like to see that you have:
Good knowledge of building construction.
Knowledge of building legislation and construction contract law.
Good computer skills and experience with Microsoft 365, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
B-category driver's license (required).
It is meritorious if you have:
A degree in construction engineering or equivalent post-secondary education.
Experience with Autodesk programs.
Certification as responsible controller according to the Planning and Building Act (PBL).
BAS-P/BAS-U training.
Experience with sustainability and energy efficiency projects.
