Job Responsibilities/Assignment Description We are seeking an experienced project manager who can drive change and implementation projects with a focus on business value. The role is business-oriented rather than technical and suits someone who is experienced in leading complex projects, anchoring change, and ensuring that new solutions create impact in the organization. You need to have experience planning, directing, and executing the development and implementation of business-focused IT solutions, including budget management, scheduling, scope, and stakeholder management. The role requires technical understanding as well as strong leadership, change management, and communication skills. You are responsible for the entire project, from needs analysis and requirements definition through implementation and deployment. You work closely with the business and coordinate sub-project managers, architects, business specialists, and other stakeholders. The role also involves managing dependencies to other system areas and creating conditions for effective collaboration between different managers and teams. Work is conducted in an agile manner within the framework of governing rules and combines agile methods with traditional project models such as Pejl, PPS, or similar. Competencies and Experience At least 5 years of professional experience as a project manager, including both business development and proprietary development of IT solutions. At least 5 years of professional experience leading change work and implementing IT solutions in operations. At least 10 years of professional experience with traditional project methodology. Good technical understanding related to system development. Meritorious Qualifications Experience driving complex business development with IT in larger government agencies or organizations, with senior management as the client. Experience digitalizing case handling processes. Personal Qualities Strong communication skills and ability to create alignment around needs, value, and strategic choices. Coaching approach with focus on knowledge transfer and strengthening independence among collaborators.
