You will primarily work from your office but will also be on site. The work is independent but requires a strong focus on collaboration and communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Some of your main responsibilities: Responsibility for business planning and project execution through work supervision and coordination. Inform and report on project status to the client Responsibility for the financial outcome of projects and handling closure and financial follow-up Participate in construction meetings and negotiations with the client Actively contribute to creating Sweden's safest workplace together Travel is a natural part of the work as a Project Manager. For those working on projects, occasional travel over longer distances and overnight stays may occur. Job Requirements As a Project Manager with us, you will be the technicians' primary contact for work performed in the field. Leadership is a major part of everyday work, so we are looking for someone with a problem-solving and coaching approach. Beyond leadership, a large part of the work is to independently drive projects forward. We are therefore looking for someone who wants to take responsibility and who has strong commitment to your assignments. You are motivated to offer service and quality to your colleagues and customers, you act commercially with good entrepreneurship, and you would never let profitability come before safety. But we would like to see that you already have: Completed upper secondary education or higher, preferably in electrical, electrical power, construction, or civil engineering or another relevant field. Work experience in work supervision or project management Work experience in electrical or electrical power field, or overall electrical knowledge is advantageous Experience from the contracting industry is advantageous Computer skills (Office suite) Category B driver's license, as travel is part of the job Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
