About the role Are you a driven and structured project manager who thrives in complex technical environments? As a project manager in our PMO Industry & Infrastructure Facilities unit, you'll have the opportunity to lead some of Sweden's most exciting and technology-intensive projects – from major industrial investments to complex infrastructure facilities. Your new position As our new project manager, you'll take on a central role in our industrial and infrastructure projects. You'll lead projects from early stages through to finished building documentation, with responsibility for quality, schedule, and budget. Working together with our clients and project teams, you'll drive the work forward, coordinate different areas of expertise, and ensure that projects reach their goals. You'll be part of our PMO Industry & Infrastructure Facilities unit, where we work on some of Sweden's most exciting and complex projects for clients in heavy industry, infrastructure, energy, and water. Here, experienced experts in multiple technical fields collaborate to create sustainable, efficient, and future-proof facilities. Industry & Infrastructure Facilities is a global service line within Ramboll Buildings, which enables close collaboration across areas of expertise and national borders, allowing us to mobilize the right expertise for each assignment – wherever it exists in the organization. Your main areas of responsibility include: Plan, lead, and monitor projects in various phases Coordinate technical disciplines and ensure that deliverables meet the correct quality, schedule, and cost standards Work closely with clients, suppliers, and contractors to create a smooth project process Participate in tender work, resource planning, and business development to strengthen our position in industry and infrastructure's future projects. About you For this role, we're looking for someone with several years of experience leading projects in industry or infrastructure. You may have a background as a project manager or experience leading technical work and design as a design manager or project director. What's most important to us is that you have a good understanding of how industrial and infrastructure operations work – and can use that knowledge to guide our clients through their building projects. We envision that you have the following background: You have several years of experience leading projects in industrial or infrastructure facilities You have a good understanding of the industrial or infrastructure sector You have experience from the consulting role and enjoy taking on both business and technical responsibility in assignments You have a degree in civil or engineering from a relevant technical field (e.g., construction, installation, electrical, industrial, infrastructure) You are structured, engaged, and have the ability to drive projects forward You communicate well in both speech and writing in Swedish as well as English.
