We are looking for you with the following experience and qualifications: Experience from the role of project manager with a focus on building automation, control and regulation, or building automation Good knowledge of building technical systems and construction law Relevant technical education is considered a merit High IT maturity and computer skills Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing Class B driver's license. As a project manager, you are a receptive team player with the ability to both lead and inspire your project team towards your common goals. The role requires clear business acumen where you have the ability to see opportunities in projects, create value for both the customer and the business, and make well-founded decisions. What does the role entail? Contact with existing and new customers Planning of resources and purchases Project management of building automation projects and control and monitoring contracts Financial responsibility in projects Lead and motivate the project team Construction law. As a project manager, you will have a central role in driving and implementing projects related to renovation and new construction of, for example, office buildings, schools, and hotels. You are responsible for the financial outcomes of the projects and plan your work in close cooperation with your colleagues at KSS's Stockholm office. Your main focus is on leading and coordinating projects within building automation as well as control and monitoring contracts. You have overall responsibility for each assignment, from the initial planning phase to completed implementation, with the aim of delivering high quality, strong customer value, and good profitability. In your role, you are a present and operational leader who ensures that everyone in the project team is motivated and works in the same direction towards the common goals. This is a direct recruitment where you will be employed directly by KSS Klimat and Styrsystem starting immediately or according to agreement. The position is a full-time position of 40 hours per week. The work is conducted both from the office and out in the projects.
