KSS handles the entire process; from design and construction to installation, programming, and commissioning. They also carry out complete installations of control and monitoring systems as well as integration contracts with DHC/WDC/SCADA systems. KSS also actively works with energy optimization. We are looking for you who have the following experience and qualifications: Five years of experience in the role of project manager with a focus on building automation, control & regulation, or building automation Good knowledge of building technical systems and contract law Relevant technical education is seen as a merit High IT maturity and computer skills Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing B driver's license. As a project manager, you are an attentive team player with the ability to both lead and inspire your project team toward your shared goals. You take responsibility for the whole, contribute to a positive work environment, and meet both colleagues and customers with humility and clarity. The role requires clear business acumen where you have the ability to see opportunities in projects, create value for both the customer and the business, and make well-founded decisions. What does the role involve? Contact with existing and new customers Planning of resources and procurement Project management of building automation projects and control and monitoring contracts Economic responsibility in projects Leading and motivating the project team Contract law. As a project manager, you will have a central role in driving and implementing projects related to renovation and new construction of, for example, office buildings, schools, and hotels. You are responsible for the project's financial outcome and plan your work in close cooperation with your colleagues at KSS's Stockholm office. Your main focus is on leading and coordinating projects within building automation as well as control and monitoring contracts. You have overall responsibility for the whole in each assignment, from the initial planning phase to completed implementation, with the goal of delivering high quality, strong customer value, and good profitability. In your role, you are a present and operational leader who ensures that everyone in the project team is motivated and working in the same direction toward the shared goals. This is a direct recruitment where you will be employed directly by KSS Climate and Control Systems with a start as soon as possible or by agreement. The position is a full-time position of 40 hours per week. Work is carried out both from the office and out in the projects.
