About the job
Section Project manages and develops Jämtkraft Elnät's project portfolio. Projects handled in the portfolio include reinvestment and new investment in local networks, regional networks, and distribution stations, and aim to create the highest possible availability of electricity distribution to our clients.
Within the section there is extensive experience from the energy sector and we have quality assurance functions within the unit to support project managers in technically complex matters.
Our working method is based on the PPS project model which ensures qualitative and structured delivery to clients and stakeholders. The project manager is responsible for projects reaching their goals and has financial responsibility for the project budget as well as ensuring compliance with permits, quality, environment and sustainability.
Who are you?
You have university or college education with relevant focus for the position or equivalent experience acquired in another way that we consider equivalent. You have a few years of experience in project management and it is a great advantage if you also have experience working with developing and project managing electricity network infrastructure.
As a person you are self-driven, structured, action-oriented and have strong drive to reach goals and results. You are also required to have the ability to formulate and communicate decisions so that it becomes clear what the project should achieve and what is expected of the project's various stakeholders. You handle Swedish and English well in speech and writing.
As a project manager you have good collaboration skills since a large part of the job consists of creating, maintaining and developing good relationships with clients, suppliers, steering committee and resource managers.
