Child and Student Health (EMI) in Nyköping Municipality is now launching an important implementation project. We are seeking one or two project managers to lead the work of introducing the evidence-based tool SEXIT in the municipality's primary and upper secondary schools. The project is financed by funds from the Sörmland County Administrative Board and runs until January 2028. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES About the assignment: SEXIT is a method developed by the Västra Götaland Region aimed at identifying young people who are sexually risk-taking, victims of violence, or perpetrators of violence, in order to offer them early care and support. Today the method is successfully used at youth clinics, but we now want to take the step and integrate it into student health's medical services. This way we reach all students in grade 8 and upper secondary year 1 regardless of gender or background. As project manager, you have overall responsibility for planning, driving, coordinating, and evaluating all aspects of the project. You work in close collaboration with an established steering group that includes the Medical-Pedagogical Coordinator, school physician, and operations manager, as well as external partners. Your main areas of responsibility: • Planning and leadership: Drive and structure the project through its three phases (startup/training, management/implementation, and final report/evaluation). • Training and professional development: Plan and deliver SEXIT methodology training for the municipality's school nurses. • Collaboration: Build and maintain strong partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders, such as social services, police, youth clinics, and child and adolescent psychiatric care. • Quality and documentation: Ensure standardized documentation in Prorenata and follow up on implemented measures. • Dissemination and reporting: Compile final report and financial reporting, and organize a training day to share results with other school nurses in the region. This position is a time-limited project employment until January 2028. The project is divided into three intensity phases, which means that the employment level varies: • Phase 1 (Month 1–8): Full-time (100%) – Startup, collaboration, and training. • Phase 2 (Month 9–16): Half-time (50%) – Ongoing coordination and management. • Phase 3 (Month 17–18): Full-time (100%) – Evaluation, final report, and dissemination. There is an option to adjust the arrangement if we choose to recruit two project managers who share the assignment. There is also the possibility of working part-time as a school nurse in Nyköping Municipality in parallel with the project manager role. QUALIFICATIONS To succeed in this role, we see that you are organized, confident in your communication, and have a strong ability to engage others. You are comfortable discussing topics related to sexual health and violence, and can convey this confidence to colleagues. You are a licensed nurse with further education as a school nurse or specialist education in child and adolescent health/district nurse with experience in EMI. You have experience with or a strong interest in project management and implementation processes. Good administrative skills and experience with digital documentation are required. It is advantageous to have previous experience working with SEXIT or similar screening tools and to have established contacts within relevant collaborative organizations. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment type: Time-limited employment. Duration: 6 months or longer, start date: As soon as possible, end date: 2028-01-31. Work hours: Daytime.
