Your role
As a project manager, you take overall responsibility for all phases of the projects, from planning and design to budget, contracts, implementation and handover according to set goals. You lead an engaged project team consisting of specialists, consultants and contractors and collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders. With us, you become part of a competent project department with project managers, construction managers and project coordinators who together drive development forward. The position is based in Svappavaara and involves the majority of work taking place on-site. What you bring
To thrive in the role of project manager, we see that you are a communicative and responsible person who builds trust and thrives in an environment with many points of contact. You are analytical and have the ability to see the whole picture while identifying important details. When challenges arise, you are solution-oriented and find ways forward. You have a natural ability to create good relationships and collaborate effectively with others.
We expect you to have:
Approved high school diploma
Engineering degree or equivalent project management experience
Driver's license class B as it is a requirement for all LKAB positions
It is a merit if you also have:
Professional experience as a project manager or other management assignments
Experience within the competence areas of construction, HVAC or automation
We would like you to speak and write Swedish. If you don't have full knowledge today, it is important that you have the ambition to learn. During a transition period, English serves as the working language, and we support you in developing your Swedish skills.
