As a project manager in Operations Support, you will be responsible for projects that contribute to developing and creating conditions for LKAB's operations in Kiruna. Your role As a project manager, you will be part of Operations Support, a service organization that creates the necessary foundation for all of LKAB Kiruna's operations. You join a team with broad expertise working on issues such as real estate, infrastructure, and services. Here you will experience a varied day where project work is combined with operations-focused development and collaboration across organizational boundaries. As a project manager, you are responsible for planning, leading, and implementing projects in areas such as real estate, infrastructure, occupational health and safety, and security. You have overall responsibility for project progress and collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered according to set goals. Examples of work tasks: Lead and drive projects from idea to implementation and handover Manage project finances, planning, and follow-up Build and lead steering committees and conduct project and collaboration meetings Coordinate internal and external actors through different project phases Ensure good communication and involvement between affected operations Drive issues related to real estate, infrastructure, occupational health and safety, and security Coordinate land use matters and develop and manage the company's land use plan What you bring To succeed in this role, we see that you are solution-oriented and enjoy driving projects forward even when conditions change. We expect you to have: An academic degree, preferably an engineering degree with a focus on building technology or project management, or equivalent relevant work experience from project work. Good knowledge of both Swedish and English, spoken and written A class B driver's license is a requirement for all positions at LKAB It is meriting if you also have any of the following: Experience in project management within real estate, construction, or infrastructure projects. We would like to see that you have independently driven projects through the entire project process, from planning to implementation and closure.
