Your Role As a project manager, you will have a key role in the implementation of construction projects from the early stages to completion. You represent the client and are responsible for driving the project with focus on quality, economy, time, and long-term results. You lead the project's various stakeholders, make important decisions, and ensure that each project is executed according to established goals and the client's expectations. We are Looking for You If You have at least 5–10 years of experience in project management, construction management, or work as a project or contract engineer within building construction. You have experience leading construction projects with many stakeholders and feel confident making decisions, creating structure, and driving projects forward. We would like to see that you have experience in: • Project and construction management • Contract law (AB, ABT and AMA) • LOU and public procurement • Financial and budget responsibility • Time planning and production control • Risk management and quality work As a person, you are business-minded, solution-oriented, and trustworthy. You have an easy time building relationships and are appreciated for your leadership, structure, and communication skills. You express yourself fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. If you have your own network or established customer relationships, we see that as a merit. A class B driver's license is required.
