In this role, you will initially be employed by Bravura, and it is stated that Byggbeslag intends to offer you employment with them in due course. About the Company Byggbeslag is a well-established company with roots dating back to 1957 and a strong position within the construction and real estate sector. The group has annual revenue of approximately 800 MSEK, employs around 300 people, and is represented in 16 locations throughout Sweden. The business is owned by the privately held investment company O.F. Ahlmark & Co Eftr AB. Byggbeslag is organized into two business areas: Material Supply for construction & real estate industries and Locks & Security. Within the Locks & Security business area, the company works with functional solutions related to door environments, locks, fittings, access systems, alarms, and CCTV – often as an integrated part of larger construction projects. Responsibilities As a Project Manager at Byggbeslag, you will drive multiple parallel construction projects in Stockholm. You will lead the work from start to finish, focusing on ensuring delivery according to set targets for time, cost, quality, and scope. The role is operational and business-oriented, with close dialogue with technicians in production and site visits to move projects forward at the right pace. You have clear overall responsibility for coordinating people, resources, and decisions to drive projects in a structured and profitable manner. An important part of the role is to work proactively with project economics, monitoring, and forecasting. You are also the primary point of contact with the client and are responsible for correctly managing contracts, changes, and amendments. Examples of responsibilities: Lead and coordinate construction projects Manage project finances, monitoring, forecasting, and results Plan resources and support technicians in daily operations Manage ongoing dialogue with clients and partners Handle changes, additions, and deductions (amendments) professionally Ensure clear communication, progress, and structure in projects Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities Previous experience leading people in an operational environment within construction, contracting, or related technical activities Familiarity with financial responsibility, such as budgeting, forecasting, or results management Good system knowledge and experience with administrative systems B driver's license Very good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written We consider the following as merits: Experience from the locks and security industry Knowledge of contract law (AB/ABT) Knowledge of building and blueprint reading To succeed in this role, you are someone who takes clear overall responsibility and drives your work forward in an independent and structured manner.
