We are now looking for a committed Project Manager who wants to help develop the products of the future together with our customers and our production organization.
With us, you'll have a central role in the industrialization process where you lead projects from customer inquiries and quotation work all the way through to implementation and handover to production. You'll be an important link between customer, technology, and production, and you'll have the opportunity to influence both project results and the company's continued development.
About the Role
As a Project Manager, you are responsible for planning, leading, and coordinating projects within manufacturing industry. You ensure that projects are executed according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements while building strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders.
You will work closely with our customers and internal specialists in areas such as production technology, injection molding, automation, and assembly.
Your Main Responsibilities
Drive and lead projects from quotation phase to finished implementation in production
Plan and coordinate project activities, resources, and deliverables
Lead cross-functional project teams with participants from different parts of the organization
Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality
Be the customer's primary point of contact throughout the entire project process
Participate in technical discussions regarding product development and industrialization
Work with products where injection molding, surface treatment, and manual and automated assembly are key manufacturing methods
Ensure structured handover to production
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone with a technical background and a strong interest in project management, production, and technology. You could be a newly graduated engineer with strong drive or a more experienced project manager who wants to develop further within manufacturing industry.
To thrive in the role, we believe you are communicative, solution-oriented, and have the ability to engage people around you. You enjoy taking responsibility, working structured, and driving projects forward toward set goals.
We would like to see that you have
Engineering degree or equivalent technical competence through work experience
Interest in production technology, industrialization, and technical processes
Good understanding of project work and business contexts
Experience with or interest in injection molding and automation technology
Good English skills, both spoken and written
Good experience with Microsoft Office and digital tools
