Do you want to lead exciting technical development projects while growing as a consultant? AFRY is now looking for a project manager who wants to be part of creating future solutions for our customers.
About the Role
As a project manager, you drive development projects from planning through implementation. You coordinate different technical areas and stakeholders and ensure progress, quality, schedule, and budget.
You will, among other things:
Lead and coordinate technical development projects.
Plan and follow up on the project's schedule, budget, and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
Manage risks, dependencies, and changes.
Prepare decision-making materials and communicate project status.
Contribute to improvement of processes and working methods.
Qualifications
Your Background
You have a relevant university degree or equivalent experience
You have several years of experience driving technical development projects, for example in product development, production, or industrialization.
Experience in risk management, supplier relations, and work in the defense industry or other safety-critical operations is a merit.
As a person, you are driven, organized, and communicative. You have natural leadership skills, take initiative, and thrive with creating momentum together with others
The position requires excellent skills in both speaking and writing in both Swedish and English
