The role of Project Manager - Test and Verification is varied and substantive, where you will be responsible for Test and Verification in a project within the technical project management team. Your Future Challenge As a Project Manager - Test and Verification, you will have overall responsibility for planning and executing test and verification activities in a project. The role involves planning, leading, and monitoring testing in all phases, from tender work and early development projects to delivery projects and post-market projects. You will also serve as the Test & Verification project representative, holding budget responsibility and overseeing planning, management, and collaboration with engineering departments. You will also maintain extensive dialogue with the customer regarding verification in the current project. Travel, both domestically and internationally, is part of the role. Qualifications We are looking for someone with solid experience in project management combined with a technical background and a genuine interest in technology. You are a positive and solution-oriented person who thrives in collaboration with others, while having the ability to prioritize, make decisions, and drive work forward. You work in a structured and thorough manner, with strong planning skills and a proactive approach. As a person, you are pedagogical and engaged in your leadership, with a natural ability to build relationships and handle conflicts in a smooth and professional manner. We therefore place great emphasis on your personal competencies. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required as a large part of the customer's deliverables and contacts are conducted in English. The role is 100% on-site at the customer's facilities in Örnsköldsvik. Swedish citizenship is required for this role. Drug testing and security clearance will be conducted before the position.
