Company Description: - Job Description: Your Role As a Project Manager for Sponsorship & Events, you are our point of contact and driving force for our sponsorships – both our national partnerships with, for example, hockey and handball national teams and Melodifestivalen, as well as our international partnerships with, for example, UEFA and Lidl Trek. You plan and execute marketing activities that create commercial success and you project manage various initiatives within the marketing department. Your main responsibilities include: Sponsorships: You hold operational responsibility. You ensure we maximize all rights, deliver the right materials on time, and develop partnerships that make a difference. Project Management & Events: You lead cross-functional projects and events from start to finish. Stakeholder Management: You keep all parties involved – both internally and externally – informed and ensure everything runs according to plan. Agency Collaboration: You work closely with our external agencies and create good conditions for close and successful partnerships. Budget & Results: You have full control of the numbers, monitor the budget, and ensure our investments deliver the right impact. Since you're where the action is, the role involves considerable travel in connection with our events and activations. Your Profile We are looking for a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented project manager with creative flair and experience in sponsorship and event activation. You have a background in driving major initiatives in both sports and culture, with a focus on brand building and commercial benefit. You are an unpretentious doer who moves smoothly between planning and practical execution at events. Because the role involves many contact points, you are skilled at collaborating and building good relationships with both internal teams and external partners. You also have: Knowledge of key metrics in marketing and experience in driving activities toward established KPIs. Strong Swedish and English language skills, both spoken and written. A driver's license, as travel to our various activities and events is included. It's a great plus if you also have: Strong German language skills.
